Memento Astra

Charts for the predictions of life and the moment of passing.

Birth charts map a beginning. Death charts map a new beginning.
This maps the threshold: the sky at the recorded time of death, interpreted as transition, release, and change of state. Grounded in real star chart computation.

What This Site Does

Memento Astra is a chart based astrology toolkit with daily horoscopes. You can generate birth and death charts from a recorded date, time, and location, then explore the result through angles, houses, and dominant signatures. Each day also includes two horoscope streams for every sign, one for life themes and one for death themes, written from real planetary positions. After you generate a chart, you also get a solar system style diagram showing the Sun, Moon, and planets for that moment.

Core Reads

  • Threshold Angles

Ascendant, Descendant, MC, and IC are treated as entry and exit points. They show where the chart turns.

  • House Emphasis

We look for where the chart concentrates meaning. This highlights the domains carrying the most weight in the moment.

  • Cluster Signatures

Stelliums, tight aspects, and dignity markers reveal compression and focus. These are the places the reading cannot ignore.

What is on this site

Every number below is counted from the pages themselves rather than typed into this paragraph, so it is the real size of each part and it cannot drift as the site grows.

Visual Output

Planetary Positions

When you generate a birth or death chart, we can turn that same date, time, and location into a visual map of the sky. This diagram plots the Sun, Moon, and planets by their computed angles so you can read the moment as structure first, then interpretation.

Example output

Generated from chart calculations

The diagram is produced from the same values used for placements and houses. It is meant to be a quick visual reference, not a replacement for the reading.

A clearer way to see the sky

Horoscopes make more sense when the sky behind them is visible. Our daily horoscopes are written from real planetary positions, and this diagram applies the same idea to a single birth or death moment. It helps you spot clustering, spacing, and emphasis at a glance before you dive into details.

  • Instant structure

A single image that reflects the whole sky state

  • Same data as the chart

Derived from computed longitudes for the recorded moment

  • Moon context included

A clear reference point for lunar timing and rhythm

How It Works

Simple input. Serious output.

  1. Enter the recorded moment

Date, time, and location of death. If time is uncertain, run ranges later.

  2. Compute chart + houses

Compute placements and house cusps, then extract dominant signatures.

  3. Read the threshold

Interpretation focuses on transition: release, inheritance, closure, and what continues.

On the channel

Memento Diem, once a day

One episode a day covering all three of our sites: the sky above, the card in front of you, the dream behind you. Everything in it is computed or quoted from a page you can go and read, and it says which on screen.

Today's episode will appear here.
Until then, everything published so far is on the channel.

There are three of these

Tarot, astrology and dreams, all free right now

Memento Astra is one of three. Same people, same approach, everything written out and sourced rather than generated, pointed at tarot, astrology and dreams in turn.

Nothing here asks for a card.

FAQ

Quick answers without the fluff.

  • No. This is a chart and reading for a recorded moment after it happened. It treats the death time chart as a threshold study, focused on transition and context rather than fate.

  • Use a time window and compare sensitivity. Angles and house cusps can shift quickly, so testing a range helps you see what stays stable and what is time dependent.

  • Comparison adds clarity. Repeated signatures can suggest continuity, reversals can suggest release, and closures can highlight what resolves between the two moments.

  • Planetary positions, angles, and houses are computed from astronomical data using standard chart calculation methods. The interpretation is symbolic and contextual, not statistical prediction.

  • Daily horoscopes are written from the same real planetary positions, but applied at a collective level by sign. Your personal charts show how those same movements interact with a specific moment.
